1. Copyright Policy

General Policy
All copyright in uclshrp.com, including the layout and content, either remains with or passes to the University College London Student Human Rights Programme (“UCLSHRP”). This is subject only to express written contrary agreement and the following clause (Submissions). Accordingly, any use of the layout or content of uclshrp.com by others may only be by express written permission from the UCL SHRP. 

Submissions
Subject to contrary agreement, the copyright in all submissions made to uclshrp.com, not made on behalf of the UCL SHRP (including submissions made in a personal capacity by UCL SHRP people), and published on the website (including comments) remains with the author. UCLSHRP, however, assumes the exclusive rights to syndicate, manage syndication of and copyedit (for web formatting suitability) all submissions. UCLSHRP also assumes the exclusive rights to use submissions, whether in full or part, in its other initiatives, current or future.

Agreement by Conduct
By submitting a piece of work or a comment to uclshrp.com you are representing firstly, your agreement with our policy and secondly, that you are not violating copyright law relating to that submission.

2. Conduct of Use

Moderating Conduct
Anything deemed abusive or threatening by the UCL SHRP in relation to the use of accounts and the commenting system on this website permits the ever ominous moderator to take the action he/she deems necessary, including the removal of offending comments and/or accounts.
