The event will consist of lectures, performances, discussion panels and a documentary and will be attended by some of the most important people in the field. We have our slot scheduled in the Grand Chamber at the ECHR in Strasbourg on Friday 5 March, and will shortly be putting together a schedule of lectures and other ECHR-related activities for Friday 5 and Saturday 6 March. The training sessions will run as follows: the first training day will be on Monday 25th January 5:30 - 8:30pm, in Room SB1, 188 Tottenham Court Road. This is a ‘Working with Children’ course provided by the VSU. We are aware that some volunteers may have completed the course or one similar before. If you have attended the exact course before it is not necessary for you to do so again but if you have done a similar course, we strongly suggest that you come along to this course also. We are told that ‘light snacks’ will be provided, and I’m sure it will provide a great excuse to grab a drink nearby afterwards, if anyone needs one. If you cannot attend this evening there are also others on Thursday 28th and Thursday 4th February, same time.
