Human Rights Review

Invigorating human rights academia

Journals too are not just for Christmas… or Easter pre-exam cramming. The annual UCL Human Rights Review spearheads the academic facet of our culture of human rights. Its entirely student lead editorial team remain loyal to the philosophy that we are all students of Humanity by housing in each edition the thoughts of eminent human rights scholars alongside the first class ideas of students.

The review seeks to invigorate human rights academia by publishing first class academic contributions by students and human rights professionals together in one journal.  The Editorial Board is student based and is supported by an academic Advisory Board. The UCL Human Rights Review was launched on 29th October 2008 at UCL with guest speakers including The Right Honourable Baroness Hale of Richmond, Judge Dean Spielmann of the European Court, Dr Letsas and Prof. Oliver.
