The launch of Google’s StreetView mapping service has created its fair share of controversy and debate over the last couple of days, and whilst the inception of Google Maps’ satellite imaging a few years ago caused its own problems, the ability to see the UK online, literally from street view, has been heralded by many as a further erosion of our personal privacy.
