UCL staff, students and interested individuals had the opportunity to take part in this roundtable discussion from the lawyers that appeared before the House of Lords in AF and MB v Secretary of State for Home Department and JJ v Secretary of State for Home Department.
The speakers that led this lively debate included Eric Metcalfe from Justice, Zubair Ahmed (as acting government Special Advocate) from 2 Hare Court and Tom Hickman from Blackstones Chambers, which was chaired by Qudsi Rasheed (UCL Laws part-time teacher, UCLSHRP Bulletin Editor).
