You are invited to the first 2009 Question Panel and official UCLSHRP website launch event! Never has it been so important to consider this fundamental question on the best means that British democracy can muster in protecting our liberties and freedoms. The working title for the panel debate is “Parliament and not the courts, is the principle defender of human rights.” Confirmed speakers at the event include:
