Strasbourg Court orders UK to not extradite Abu Hamza until they have made a final decision

After the Law Lords failed to give Abu Hamza leave to appeal his extradition to the US on terror charges, the European Court of Human Rights has told the UK to postpone his extradition until a final ruling.
Hamza is appealing to the Strasbourg Court claiming that conditions in the proposed jail where he would be held would amount to a breach of his Article 3 right to be free from inhuman treatment or punishment. Hamza is currently serving seven years in a British prison for soliciting murder and stirring up racial hatred.
